Find quick answers for the trip planner, membership, hotels and car hire, collaboration, saved places, and account settings.
How do I create a trip?
Open New Adventure, add where, when, who, and stay style, then optionally shape interests, must-dos, stay, and pace — or skip and we use your usual prefs. We generate a day-by-day itinerary from those answers.
What shapes the itinerary?
Destination and dates, who is travelling, stay style (simple, comfortable, or upscale), interests, and how full each day should feel. A usual trip style and stay feel ranks sample itineraries on Home. Saved preferences in Account Settings also prefill the planner.
Can I change the plan after it is generated?
Yes. Open the trip from My Trips, ask Voyanta to tweak a day, use a refine chip, or regenerate a day. Owners and editors can change it; viewers can only browse.
Can I try a sample itinerary first?
Yes. The homepage includes sample itineraries you can browse without generating a trip. Start a new adventure when you want a plan that matches your dates and taste.
What plans are available?
A 30-day free trial with no card, monthly or annual membership for unlimited planning, or a one-trip credit. Hotels, cars, and experiences are included. Compare options on Pricing.
Can I book hotels from a trip?
Yes. Generated itineraries include live Agoda stays for your dates. You can also search from Hotels. Booking completes on Agoda; your itinerary stays on PlanMyGetaways.
How do car rentals work?
Compare live hire rates on Cars for your pickup and dates, then finish booking with the rental partner. Cars are part of the same plan as itineraries and hotels.
What about tours and attractions?
Search live Viator tours and tickets from Attractions. Stops on a generated trip can also surface matching experiences. Booking completes on Viator; your itinerary stays on PlanMyGetaways.
How do I invite someone?
Open a trip you own, use Share, and email an invite or copy a join link. Choose editor or viewer. Pending invites live on Collaboration until they are accepted.
